For My Black Women...

She comprehends the virtue of her attributes,
Even though they can't fathom the honor she has for something so dense.
She holds chastity close to her bosom,
Clenching integrity with her fist.
They sexualize her,
They idolize what's between her thighs,
Not knowing that that isn't where her glory lies,
Nor is laying on top of her head,
But what's in her mind.
You see, what sits where the sun doesn't shine is only to be prized by her king.
Her crown and glory is to be treasured by her knight.
The one that sits high but looks low showed her,
That her worth is far more precious than jewels,
That pressure created a diamond,
A gem that shines even in the darkest of times.
Black woman,
You rise even when you fall.

Turban:
I have plenty of scarves. What a great way to use them.

Hippie Chic:
Any elastic headband works for this style. Stretch across your forehead and go!

Hope you find ways to use accessories lying around your home!
